Catfish isn't the only thing that we do really well. Our BBQ sauce and ribs also get lots of attention.

Our award winning pork ribs are rubbed and marinated in our own seasonings, slow-smoked with mesquite wood, and brushed with our own BBQ sauce. Here are just some of the awards we've won.
